We're looking for a hands-on maintenance pro who knows their way around a toolbox, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in getting things done right.

A Day in the Life

• Fix the things that break (and prevent the things that haven't!)

• Tackle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs

• Keep residential properties looking and running their best

• Get apartments move-in ready

• Work with vendors and help keep maintenance projects moving

• Be part of an on-call rotation when the unexpected happens

You've Got What It Takes If You...

• Have 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Can troubleshoot problems without needing a play-by-play

• Know a thing or two about HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

• Take pride in your work and follow through

• Enjoy helping people and can work independently

Multifamily maintenance experience is a plus!

Residential Framing Carpenter

$25–$35/hour | Full-Time

Join a locally owned residential construction company with over 20 years of experience building custom homes.

We're looking for an experienced framing carpenter who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of residential framing experience

• Experience with stick framing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the South Metro

Lead-level candidates with 5+ years of experience and foreman experience are also encouraged to apply.
